Inspired Electrical Solutions Inc.

terrible installation

If you want a installation that looks like a 2 year old did it then call inspired electrical

This company was amazing to work with

Great communication, excellent customer service. every step of the process was great

Worst Experience Ever

Terrible is an understatement. If you want to be talk to like you don't matter and every question is a stupid question, hire this company and wait for the tech. If you want your system diagnosed by someone clueless, hire them. If you want to replace parts that are very expensive and not your generators problem, hire them. If you want to ruin your day, deplete your checking account, and need counceling after their visit, hire them. If you want satifaction and respect, hire someone else.

Avoid, Avoid, Avoid!

This company is a pain in the you know what to work with. They are unresponsive to schedule work for annual maintenance service and to discuss purchase of a new, bigger Generac. They don't answer the phone, don't return phone calls, and occasionally return email request. After many years of frustration with Inspired Electrical I have moved on to another firm who gives me quality service I deserve. Strongly recommend that you avoid doing business with Inspired Electrical. They are low price but their service is just plain terrible.

Experience

This was a great experience dealing with this company purchasing and installing our generator. Highly recommend.

excellent

The servicveman was on time, did excellent work and i highly recommend inspired electrical solutions.

The dealer came on time, had a fully qualified crew, performed the work in the estimated time, cleaned up the yard and property.

They did everything they promised-cleaned up and everything passed inspection. I am very satisfied.
