We have spent our $11,000.00 dollards for our unit installed and after 15 phone calls and 5 promised repair calls we cannot get it repaired. The unit is less than two years old and they tell me it isn't under warrenty (I can prove it is) and with the $350.00 additional premenative maintence plan they still will not even call to say they cannot honer there scheduled repair commitment. I have sent a letter to owner asking for a phone call if scheduled trouble call repair cannpt be honored, letter was intercepted and I recieved a very angry phone call about why I would write to the owner. Amanda is a nightmare, she is beligerent on the phone and dosen't even know if repair work has been completed that day or not. She just keeps rescheduling (if the customer calls) a new date and it doesn't get honored. I would NOT recommend then for your company and it has become so promlematic that we have resored to calling the attorny general of consumer affers in our area. Generec will also be advised that they should be removed as a prefered installer and repairer. There service was good for the first year but I needed only one repair (took 3 calls because of no shows).
