Every homeowner who depends on well water tries to find a solution to the more frequent and longer power outages.Faced with this problem eight years ago I contacted Innovative Electrical based on customer reviews.The owner, Sonny, came to house to review the situation and recommended a whole house 20kW Generac Generator rather than a smaller unit for minimal power usage. A more expensive solution, but much more peace of mind.It paid off six months later during Hurricane Sandy, when the generator run for 15 days, providing uninterrupted power supply to the entire house.

Excellent Customer Service

I called Innovative Electric recently when my 20kw wouldn't start and they sent someone out to take a look. It turned out to be bad magnitos that had to be ordered and would take about one week to arrive. When I mentioned I was nervous because bad snow and ice was predicted a couple days out, they elected to take the parts out of a generator they had in inventory and came out the next day to make sure I had standby power for the storm. They didn't have to do that but they did. Outstanding customer service!! I was so impressed I signed up for their gold maintenance plan and I'm glad I did. Excellent peace of mind knowing these folks are monitoring my generator 24 x 7 and will be there there if I need them.

From the initial site visit with Sonny to completion, the entire team at Innovative made us feel as if we were their ONLY customer. Innovative has clearly raised the bar on customer service. They handled every aspect of the project, the town permit process, electric and plumbing. The office always kept me apprised of the status of the project and were always extremely responsive if I had any questions. The install crew was professional, courteous and obviously very knowledgeable. I was very impressed with my "start up" appointment. The technician provided very valuable and pertinent information on how my Generac operated and explained what would occur if I lost power, etc. After he left I was "almost" hoping for a power loss! The impressive team at Innovative combined with my new 20KW equals one happy customer!
