Micah made the process of choosing which backup generator was right for our home a lot easier. He was very knowledgeable about the products and explained things in a way we could understand, no matter how many questions (even the silly ones) we asked he answered them very respectively and professional. If your thinking of getting a generator I would recommend this dealer. He is friendly, prompt, knowledgeable, and professional. We enjoyed working with Micah.

I have been a loyal client of this company for many years. I called in May because my unit was not running. When I called, I also scheduled the PM at the same time. When they came out, they said something about an overload was tripped and they reset it and it was working fine. They also did the PM. Then a few weeks later, I noticed it wasn't running again. I called. This time they found a probe bad and replaced it. They charged me labor, travel, and mileage. I was shocked. I called and they refused to adjust the invoice for something that probably was the issue the first time. I will never use this company again. They lost a very loyal client of almost 10 years.

I live in a rural area and wanted the security of having a generator. One big problem...I had no idea where to begin. I was referred to Indiana Power and was amazed at the level of customer service. They assisted us with every step of the process from selecting the size generator, the right transfer switch, installation. They made what could have been complicated a breeze. I cannot thank them enough.

I had my Corepower unit installed by an electrician that was not a dealer. The unit would start but not shut off when the power was back on. I was expecting a lot of grief when I called Indiana Power Service and Supply since the unit was not installed by them. It was just the opposite.Kirk the service manager was really helpful and gave me some things to check on the phone, and after that did not work he sent over helpful and knowledgeable techs. It took three visits, but they finally found the two controller wires that had been switched. I am particularly grateful for their service since I know it is really hard to find someone else's errors.
