IN Charge Electrical Services LLC

Poor contracting

I would avoid this company. They bragged about their best prices. Then I found the generator and transformer switch for much less at several supply stores. They had trouble understanding my desire for a concrete pad, offered the one that comes with the generator, then said after I lobbied for the concrete one that theirs was not very good and would crack. They were very slow getting a contract to me. They said they were very quick at this but I didn't see it.

Poor Communication

I called the company on 9/16/2023 the guy who answered the phone was super friendly and very helpful and said he would have someone out Monday. Monday came and went didn’t hear anything. Sent a message Tuesday no response. I can’t speak on the quality of their work, but their customer service and response is horrible.
