    Where is he?

    My Generac has been down a few months. He won\u2019t answer my phone calls and barely returns my husband\u2019s text messages. I\u2019m very disappointed in the service of this company. I\u2019m about to email Generac and let them know he has left us in storm season with a broken unit. He comes and goes from my house without so much as a word to me.

    So Happy!

    Ideal Electrical Solutions was recommended to me by my gas company rep., & I am very pleased. After being without power for 10 days when Hurricane Michael hit, I am so relieved that won't happen again. Jason did an excellent job, & really included me in the process. He also quoted me a price that was cheaper than the competition, & the package was a larger size! Great service!
