These guys are GREAT!
I made the mistake of going to another authorized dealer in Augusta. Not only did Ideal Electric diagnose my problem they found other problems the first "authorized dealer" did not find. They have worked on my portable Generac 7500E twice now, and both times they fixed my unit quickly and affordable. They made my unit purr like a kitten. Never better! Don't even bother with the rest. These guys are the best in the Augusta/Waterville and surrounding area. Don't bother with the rest!

Very Good To Work With
Called for repairs to my generator, took care of all warranty issues. Time estimates for service and repairs were right on the money. Went out off their way to see that everthing was repaired perfectly!

Ideal Electric responded immedaitely to my request, right in the middle of a snow storm. First class service and technical support. I would highly recommend them!
