mishandling of the equipment and very bad customer service
I happened to go to hurricane tools and supply as recommended by Generac for my equipment to be checked. There is an old lady at the front desk who is very rude at the customers and unprofessional. The technician may be good at their work, but they mishandle the equipment. My equipment (new) was there only for one day, but they mishandle the unit and I was surprised to see how they handle it to make it look like an year uncared old equipment. I would not recommend this service center.

these guys took care of my generac xt 8000e. good guys to deal with!!!!!!!!!! they are a repair center for generac, that knows what to do. my generator head was burned up thanx guys
