I had two dealers and one other company provide estimates for my generator. Hunter took the time to answer all of my questions. They are clearly experts in this field. It was no comparison. The best part of the experience is that the "salesman" is an experienced generator technician. The other dealer sent a regular sales guy. The electrical company didn't know anything about generators. He just wanted to give me a price to install one.In the end, Hunter was the obvious choice. I'm glad I chose them.

Great Service

My generator was installed by another company that was not authorized. They made several critical mistakes that Hunter Service Group had to repair. While it was my fault for going with a low bid, Hunter Service Group performed extremely well and I couldn't be more happy with them. I should have just gone with them to begin with. In the end it cost me more because the original installer made some critical mistakes. I've learned my lesson. Just go with Hunter.

I recently was looking for someone to service my generator. I called Hunter Service Group, and was greeted by Kaitlyn who was extremely pleasant and helpful. I had a few questions that she answered and some she needed to check on. She was extremely responsive in getting back to me. In fact during my initial conversations I complimented her on what a great representative of the company she was in the way she took care of me. Today Ronnie Blue came to service my generator. I received a text before he arrived with his picture and a little personal history. He too was extremely professional and courteous. He worked non stop through the service. I looked out the window at one point and he was wiping down the entire generator inside and out. When I came out he explained everything he had done, the status of the system and answered all of my questions. Once again a pleasant and great experience. I do not normally take time to write reviews, but this was just a great experience. I'm glad I found them and look forward to our future together.

I had a couple of generator dealers quote my project for installing an owned 20KW and a new 24KW unit for our primary residence. It was clear that Hunter was much more capable than the others. I have other solar and generator locations and had a lot of questions about our install here. Colby and team were excellent to work with and once the agreement was signed, their timeliness and workmanship exceeded expectations. Within 24 hours of the installation we had an early morning grid power outage due to heat. The generators kick on an provided whole house coverage for 4 AC units and more. Excellent company with knowledgeable, hard working folks.

Highly recommend this dealership. I had to move from a previous dealer - Hunter was patient with the previous dealer getting information transferred. Made sure my equipment was running correctly and now each time the power goes out, they call to make sure everything is working as expected.
