We had a disconnect between the Generac and the App. We reset the App but that didn’t work. We had a Hunters Group rep (Aiden) come to our home to diagnose the problem, he immediately found and fixed the issue. Thank you guys..good job!

I recently had Hunter Service Group install my Generac generator, and I have to say—they did an outstanding job. From the first phone call to the final walkthrough, everything was smooth and professional. The technician showed up on time (which is always a plus) and really knew their stuff. They took the time to answer all my questions, explained how the generator works in a way that actually made sense, and made sure everything was set up properly. You can tell they take pride in their work because the installation was super clean, and they didn’t leave a mess behind. We’ve already had one power outage since, and the generator kicked on exactly like it was supposed to—no stress, no hassle. It’s such a relief knowing I don’t have to worry about losing power, especially during storms. Bad impulsive decision

I recently had a generator installed by Hunter and I’m really disappointed with the entire experience. From the start, it felt like they were just focused on making a sale. I knew I should have gotten more bids, but I made an impulsive decision. The installation process was delayed, and I was left feeling like I didn't get the attention or care I expected. After the job was done, I noticed some issues that weren't addressed, and when I reached out for support, their response was lackluster at best. For the amount I paid, I expected a high level of service and quality, but instead, I feel taken advantage of. I wouldn’t recommend Hunter to anyone looking for reliable and honest service. There are definitely better options out there!

Hunter Service Group did an excellent job with my generator installation. The team was professional, knowledgeable, and made the process easy. They warned me that there is a lot of hoops to jump through with permits and inspections. They were right. Everything was set up perfectly, and now I have peace of mind during power outages. Highly recommend!
