Hunt Electric Corporation

AMAZING COMPANY

This company was so easy to work with and worked quickly. It actually was a very smooth process and the inspection went super well too. I highly recommend this company. My friend had a lot of wonderful things to say about them as well.

We checked another local dealer and Hunt knocked it out of the park.

Hunt electric is hands down the absolute best choice to install a Generac generator. We had called around a bit, but from the very first phone call to Hunt everyone was so very knowledgeable, friendly, and the pricing was fair. Had we called Hunt first, I am absolutely sure we would not of made the other calls. The install was done when scheduled, the install crew was on time, answered any and all our questions and did an amazing job! Not a spec of debris was left behind. When the install was complete, they went over the generator specs, how it works, what to expect, what to do if something doesn’t work as well as a test run to let us see and hear what to expect. Being on a well and septic, our concerns regarding power outages have been taken away. Save yourself a lot of time and money, make Hunt your first and only call. Thank you Hunt Electric, for employing the best! You will be our call for help on any future electrical needs, that’s for sure. Sincerely, Dave and Sue

Generac installation extraordinaire

Eric and Heath came to install my new generator. Wow! These guys along with another NG workers knocked this thing out in 4 hours! The weather was very cold, close to zero and nobody complained or slowed down. They showed me how to operate it and sent me a link to access it by wifi. We are very pleased with the quality of work. The generator exercised this morning right on time. I should mention the worker whose name I can't remember. He was also very cordial and willing to answer any of my questions. Based on my experience Hunt Electrical is the only way to go in the Twin Cities. Thanks Guys. Mike

Great to work with. Heartily recommend

We pursued getting a Generac generator in late 2020 and picked Hunt Electric mostly because of the five star reviews. It was a good choice. Kyle was very responsive to questions--there was some delay in getting both the generator and the pad--but he kept us up-to-date and responded quickly. The installers, Heath and John, were great to work with and figured out some significant challenges with where we could locate the generator and how to do the inside wiring. They were finished in short order and everything is working fine. Backup generators are like insurance--not having to use them is a good thing and we haven't had to use it since installation but it tests itself regularly and I know it will work. The price was reasonable, especially since Hunt did all the work. Other vendors required me to source someone else for the gas hook up and did not provide annual maintenance. The five star reviews for Hunt Electric are well-earned as is the five star rating I'm giving it now.

Hunt Electrical

I reached out to Generac for a representative in my area. I was set up with Hunt Electrical and that worked out to my benefit. My wife and I was very empress and said to draw up the contract and install it any time there was an opening on their schedule. It was installed in very professional way and the employee and subcontractor were very helpful. Yes my wife and I were very happy with the service. Thanks again Generac and I will pass the word on how will your contractor and your equipment works the power goes off the Generac generator goes on. Thanks

Hunt Electric

I have been dealing with Hunt Electric for over a year and am very pleased with their technical capabilities and customer service. They show up on-time and always respond to email and phone calls in timely manner. I recommend them without any reservations.

Great dealer

I’ve worked with Kyle and his crew since I installed my Generac, home, standby-generator in 2014. Their work is exemplary, they’re always responsive, and their bids are consistently at or below other dealers. Very friendly and professional, and I highly recommend them. Great job Guys!!!

Professional and friendly

As a recent widow I was hesitant about taking on a project like having a back up generator installed, but the pros at Hunt Electric made it very easy. Their communication was great, and they didn’t mind answering all my questions, making sure I understood. They showed up when they said they would, and worked neatly and efficiently to get my project done in one day! I am thrilled to know that my house will function even if my electricity does not, and that the guys at Hunt will be monitoring what goes on (even if I am sitting on a warm beach somewhere). Thank you for peace of mind!

Fantastic service & response

Very happy with not only the service but the immediate response when I was having issues with my generator. You will be served well!!!
