Excellent work, excellent company. They are always extremely helpful and prompt. Don’t use anyone else in Memphis for your generator needs

Excellent Service!

I just had my Generac installed and set up. Hughes Electric made working through the process extremely easy. The install crew was awesome and very respectful of my home.

Great product!

Just got the generator installed. Very professional, hard working group. I would highly recommend using this company.

Great job

We used Hughes Electrical & HVAC to install our generator and we are glad that we did. They did a great job with the installation. It was an extremely hot day when they installed and the guys worked diligently with very few breaks. After the installation was complete, the owner spent time with us explaining how everything would work. We like that they install and service the unit.

Very professional install

Installation crew was very professional, kept the house clean during install and after finishing. Owner tested the equipment and walked us through the operation and helped set up the wifi app. We are very satisfied with everything.

OUTSTANDING

This is THE company to hire for your generator. Used them simultaneously with my sister using another company and brand. Hughes for the win! We all agree!! First meeting is very informative including pictures! Then you get an email describing the entire process step by step. My sister was not sure when, how, or what was next. Everyone on their team are long time employess and professional! We hired Hughes after my sister hired her company and ours was completed before hers. We paid $4000 less, we have wi-fi and they don't, we had a start up appt showing us how everything worked, sister still not complete but that has not been mentioned. I could give you a thousand more reasons why this company is an outstanding business but why don't you just find out yourself! A few descriptive words: passionate, proud, knowledgable, informative, and professional!

Outstanding Service

We highly recommend Hughes Electric. From purchase to start-up of our home generator they made the process extremely easy. James and his team are so professional and knowledgeable. Their customer service is outstanding. The way they communicated with us through the entire process was incredible. We selected Hughes Electric for several reasons, the main being service. James and his team can service and work on our generator if there is ever a problem and that is extremely rare. After this experience with the purchase of our generator we will use Hughes Electric for all our electrical and HVAC needs.

Hughes Electrical and HVAC in Memphis, TN provides the most excellent service of any contractor we’ve ever experienced! Five stars are not enough to describe the service they provide from the interest call to final sale and installation, they are top notch! We are sure we will be satisfied with the generator.

Hughes=Professional Team

Hughes Electric is definitely who you should call to get a whole-house Generac generator. James Hughes and his team are professional, knowledgeable and provide a turn-key installation experience. Like most when looking at such a large expense, I got other quotes and checked with friends and neighbors. Hands down, everyone raved about Hughes and James Hughes himself. He came and gave me a detailed, written quote. His team were respectful and worked efficiently to get my generator installed. James Hughes came back to officially “start” the generator and walk through what he calls “Generator 101” – how the generator works including how the phone app works. I chose the app that not only notifies me of any issue but also sends a notice to Hughes if there are problems so they can schedule maintenance. Like I see others have said – I cannot say enough good about Hughes Electric.
