Takes pride in his workmanship!

Ryan was very professional from the original assessment of size and quotation to the final installation. He informed me of the steps that it was going to take to install so that I would agree with what the final product was going to look like. Ryan made sure that I new potential issues that could arise during installation so that I knew upfront of any added costs that may be needed in the end (glad there were no issues). He treated my house as if he were installing the generator at his own. He takes pride in that the customer is satisfied with the installation. I would have given a rating of all "Excellent" but the installation took about 2 weeks longer than he originally told me although Ryan kept me informed during the delay. Ryan also was very helpful in getting the wifi set up and ensured that the settings on my phone to monitor the generator were working.

Our dealer is the best!!

When we contacted Generac about purchasing a generator, a dealer contacted us right away and after a few minutes we found out he actually lives a few miles from our house! Then after he explained everything in detail to my husband and myself we were sure he was the dealer we wanted to work with. His professionalism and knowledge about the product is very impressive. He started the installation at our convenience and completed it in a very timely manner. His attention to detail from the leveling of the unit, to the wiring to keeping the area looking neat and clean was just what we were hoping for. He went over all of the functions and details with myself and will come back to explain it all over again to my husband since he was out of town at the time of completion. I have and will continue to recommend Ryan & Generac to all of my family & friends.

Before writing this review I literally just said to my husband, \u201cwhat a pleasure it is to work with such a friendly and professional dealer...\u201d and that is the absolute truth. Ryan was able to repair our generator in less than 4 hours of calling. He was so friendly and professional and able to solve our problem and get us back up and running, feeling safe and protected from future outages. I recommend this dealer 100 percent!

Excellent contractor!!!!!!

Ryan is a very experienced electrician, came outto house to see how many circuits I wanted to run in case of power outage and recommend size of generator needed. Installation went ss well as could go considering weather delays. Ryan worked every chance weather allowed and did a very clean and professional job. Training at completion was very thorough and easy to understand. Would highly recommend Howdy Services to anyone!!!!!
