Great Generator Installation Experience

Keith House Electric was recommended by a friend. I called and left a message that we wanted a whole house generator installed. Keith called back quickly and we talked and we had an estimate within a few days. He always returned my calls and/or emails quickly. Very professional. Delivered the Generator as soon as he received it. The installation was done in one day with the crew of 3 working efficiently together as a team! He found our breaker box was not wired correctly and we were so grateful that he found this and corrected it.

What I liked most was they kept me informed on the status of the unit when shipped and how long install would take. From the beginning of the process through the end, Keith and House Electric were outstanding every step of the way. When we were initially considering a backup generator, Keith came out and explained our options and without any pressure, helped us choose the size and location for the generator. The installation went very smooth and it wasn\u2019t long until we were up and running. House Electrical and the installation team installed and wired the generator in less than a day. In addition they corrected what many would consider a major discrepancy in our homes electrical system when it was built in 1988. During the delayed shipping of the unit from the factory due to hurricane Sandy the company kept us informed as to the order status.
