Outstanding Service
Generac Corp. got me in touch with Home Works after my unit wouldn't start during the current Hurricane Ian. The service company I had told me to look up the instructions but failed to service the unit properly the month before. They didn't return my calls even during the storm.Home Works showed up 2 hrs after I got in touch and had me up and running fast. The Home Works service rep was courteous and very professional and left me confident I was, finally in good hands. He had me up and running fast and didn't leave until my Air Conditioner kicked in!? I cancelled my previous service and now have a maintenance program with Home Works and have recommended HW to many families in Naples to use them exclusively.
