Home Works Now LLC

I purchased this product in 2020. It gives me peace of mind knowing I will always have power. Home Works installed my generator and I was very impressed with the quality of their work. They took great care of my property during installation and returned it to pre installation condition. Their maintenance is excellent and dependable. I highly recommend them.

Amazing Job Home Works!

Home Works did an incredible generator installation job. Their entire team was so professional and pleasant. A special thank you to James, the owner who took extra time to meet with our HOA regarding specific requirements. I would recommend Home Works to anyone considering a generator.

Piece of mind

Putting in a generator was the best thing I did when moving to SWFL. The team at HomeWorks was exceptional installing an underground tank and keeping up with my HOA requirements. They made it super easy and recommend them time after time to friends and family. Best crew around.

Home Works Is Amazing

Home Works has assisted me with not only my generator and it’s required service but also significant electrical work around my house. Their staff is professional, responsive, clean and very polite. I would highly recommend them to anyone in the market.

Highly recommend!

Great experience from start to finish. The installation was seamless, and the team was professional and easy to work with. What really stands out is their customer service—even years later, they’re always responsive and helpful whenever I need anything. Highly recommend!

IT”S NEVER THEIR FAULT!

I bought a Generac 26KW from Home Works that had a bad engine right out of the box. Home Works insisted on trying to replace the engine, so I had to work with Generac directly for weeks until I finally got a new replacement generator. Then after a recent hurricane, only half of my house had power and the generator never kicked on. I called Home Works to come out and see what went wrong. They said there was a loose electrical connection in the box they installed below my breaker panel and that they have had many issues with this part. Their guys are aware of the problem, but apparently did not double check it on my job. Even though I purchased a 10 year parts and labor warranty, they charged me $395 for the service call, which they finally credited back after I complained enough, but refused any further service on my unit which is less than a year old. VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE AND ONLY CONCERNED WITH THE BOTTOM DOLLAR. FIND ANOTHER COMPANY THAT CARES ABOUT THEIR CLIENTS.

Dealer is Great

They were responsive, professional & knowledgeable. They hit all dates they promised.

Outstanding Service

Generac Corp. got me in touch with Home Works after my unit wouldn't start during the current Hurricane Ian. The service company I had told me to look up the instructions but failed to service the unit properly the month before. They didn't return my calls even during the storm. Home Works showed up 2 hrs after I got in touch and had me up and running fast. The Home Works service rep was courteous and very professional and left me confident I was, finally in good hands. He had me up and running fast and didn't leave until my Air Conditioner kicked in!? I cancelled my previous service and now have a maintenance program with Home Works and have recommended HW to many families in Naples to use them exclusively.
