From the sales rep Dale to the install crew of Harley, Dom and Andrew were great. Only took 4 weeks from the day I picked out what I wanted to day of install. After the job everything was cleaned up. They went over how it works and set up the Wi-Fi .

The install crew of Harley, Dom, Jeff and Anderw were first rate. They answered all of our questions, were friendly and did a great job respecting the property and cleaning up. We had a whole-house Generac generator installed at our residence. There were also numerous other power issues that needed addressing as well. With that said, the HPS crew arrived with numerous vehicles and a crew members on time. Work began as soon as they were all assembled and they began their assigned tasks which included both gas and electric utility work and upgrades. Our power would be out for 3-4 hours.

We had our Generac installed 10/15/21. Through the entire process the HPS people clearly explained the generator. Starting with Ian Scott, Dale Mattice and finishing with the excellent installation team Dom, Jason, Harley and Jeff.
