Disappointed
I purchased the Generac 2200 on 3/6/2023. I did the yearly maintenance in April. The hose for the oil was barley and loosely attached, which resulted in the oil spraying all over the inside and draining completely dry. When Hurricane Milton came through, and I needed the generator to work, it did not. Hoffman has been closed ever since. There is no emergency # to call. I finally got the generator going, but it's past the first 25 hours of running, and the generator needs the oil filter changed, along with some other service items. I cannot do this. Even though other companies are open, Hoffman remains closed, with no emergency # to call for help.
