Hobson Electric INC

What a Great Company

I bought my Generac Generator from someone that led me to believe that they worked for Generac. After I paid him for the installation, I noticed that the generator was showing a code. I told him and he said not to worry about. When the generator went to start the following week it left oil all over the cement it was set on. I called Generac and found out the guy I bought it from is in no way affiliated with Generac. Generac had me call Hobson. They came out and it needed a new motor. They installed the new motor. Told me everything that was done wrong from the other man. Great bunch of people from the owner right down to all the people that work there. I cannot recommend them enough. This review should of been made years ago.

Great dealer, great installers!

John came on time and quickly determined what we needed. Mike and Kevin did a thoroughly professional installation. They were very friendly and completely cleaned the area when finished. We highly recommend Hobson Electric!

Awesome Dealer

Worked with Hobson on a Back up generator. Due to pandemic generator was back ordered. Hobson honored their quote from months ago when the generator did arrive. The install crew was fantastic. They were extremely respectful of the property and dwelling. When install was completed they took time to make sure I understood everything with the generator and answered every question I had. Very professional and a pleasure to deal with.

A Very Professional Dealer

Operating during a very challenging time of Covid 19 and a shortage of product, Hobson Electric kept us informed as to the status of our order. When product arrived they responded quickly and efficiently with a professional team of technicians. They were courteous, thoughtful and thorough. Their workmanship was first class!

Real Professionals

John, the owner, was professional, timely, courteous when reviewing our options and developing his estimate on site. The install crew was amazing. Again, timely, courteous, very neat, and clearly knew their business. One can easily recognize they have done installs for some time. It is an easy recommendation to have this company do your install

Very poor comunication

Tried to have a new generator installed but they chose to not return calls. I am done begging for them to do my install.

Timely great friendly professional service cleaned up after installation when over controls went over maintains and features very happy with overall experience would have no hesitation using them again

Very Professional

Excellent detailed quote. I knew exactly what I was going to get, including cold weather pack. No surprises!! The crew was very efficient and respectful. They put floor coverings down so they didn't track dirt in and cleaned up extremely well when the install was complete. There were a few minor dents in the exterior panels that I could have let pass but John insisted they be replaced. Look forward to a long and stress free service relationship with Hobson.
