Honest broker, true professional
Paul Hines is a wealth of information. I thought I would need the largest home unit. He carefully evaluated my electrical needs by looking at bills for the past two years and what appliances we had and used. He told me he did not want to oversell me and we settled on the thirteen KW unit. After installation, we powered on every electrical appliance and bulb in our home and we still did not overtax the generator. He saved me thousands of bucks and mitigated the noise of a larger unit for our neighbors and us. He communicated by phone, text and email and responded to me immediately. His work ethic and product are impeccable. He is detail oriented and we are very pleased with his workmanship and the installation.
