Excellent service and follow-up

Our property has some unique limitations. Mike determined the best layout, then went to work. He covered all aspects of the installation process during our 1st meeting. After the install, we lost power. Mike's follow-up was even better than the installation! Mike clearly explained the steps required based upon system run time. Power loss happened over a weekend and Mike maintained contact on his time off. We're quite happy with the service provided and would happily refer Hightower to others.

This dealer is attentive & prompt!

We called to get an estimate for a whole house generator. We received a call back very quickly. When we were told they would send something to us or were going to stop by the house, they came through with what they said. The owner, Mike, and his helper were both attentive and friendly. Mike explained everything to us & it was never too much trouble for him to answer the many questions that we had for him.Due to Covid & the shortage of units available, but no fault of theirs, the entire process took longer than usual but when our unit came in he notified us immediately to let us know when he would come to install it. They showed up on the day we agreed upon & completed the install.We had a few questions after that occurred but it was no trouble for him to answer them as well.We used the posted reviews to start our search for the contactor and we were not disappointed so it appears that they were all correct. When you are having a big job done you want a reliable contractor and that's what we got. And even, better, they were very attentive and friendly as well.We would highly recommend this contractor for jobs big and small.
