Hightower Electric

Great Experience

This was for a replacement generator. Rather than immediately pushing for a new install, Mike checked out the old one and explained some options to me. We opted for a replacement and once it arrived it was installed quickly and professionally. Operation and maintenance schedule were clearly explained after the installation. Highly recommended. Very happy with the experience!

Amazing experience

Mike and his team installed a 24 KW standby generator and upgraded electrical service in our home. Mike carefully explained the options that were available and personally handled the details coordinating permits and inspections. The experience was wonderful, and the quality of their work is amazing. Every member of the team is competent and professional. I will be using Hightower Electrical again for another project. I highly recommend Mike and his team!

About a week ago I had my generator installed by Hightower Electric. Mike worked with me step by step up until installation. Unfortunately, the installation day was rainy, but Mike and his crew got the job done despite the weather. I was very impressed by the work done my Mike and his crew. I also had Hightower perform some other electrical work and was very satisfied with the work. I highly recommend Hightower Electric for generator installation as well as electrical work in general.

Knowledgeable, Efficient, and Responsive

Hightower Electric installed an 18 kW standby generator system at my house. The entire process went very smoothly. It is clear that they are very knowledgeable with many years of experience in this field. They came out to my property to actually look at it before they provided an estimate, which is something other installers would not do. Other installers wanted me to provide all the technical information to them including answering dozens of questions and sending photos over email. Hightower prepared and submitted the permit application to the Borough and installed the entire system in one day. They were very careful around my property and nothing was damaged or left dirty. I strongly recommend Hightower for standby generator installations and service. Thank you!

Amazing Job!

Highly recommend this contractor. Extremely professional in every way. It was a true pleasure to work with Mike and his crew from beginning to end...they go above and beyond ...by far the easiest experience we have had and all went perfectly the entire time...Mike handled every aspect and made it stress free. We now have complete peace of mind with our new Generac ! Thank you Mike and crew...great job!

Highly Recommended

Mike Lowery and his crew recently installed my home backup generator. I chose Hightower from the four dealers I met with. . .and it was a good decision. I live in an HOA community, so there were special rules and considerations. Mike was familiar with this environment and made the process easy, providing all required documents and permits. Mike is professional, friendly, and great to work with. Mike and his crew were neat, and the installation went smoothly! Can't wait to lose power to see my generator in action!

Excellent service and follow-up

Our property has some unique limitations. Mike determined the best layout, then went to work. He covered all aspects of the installation process during our 1st meeting. After the install, we lost power. Mike's follow-up was even better than the installation! Mike clearly explained the steps required based upon system run time. Power loss happened over a weekend and Mike maintained contact on his time off. We're quite happy with the service provided and would happily refer Hightower to others.

Terrific, highly recommend !

I just can't say enough about owner Mike Lowrey and his crew, they did an excellent job. I had gotten several estimates prior, and Mike really listened to my needs and matched the right size generator for me. He explained every step of the job and his crew did a fantastic installation making it seamless. Hightower will be the first I call for future work. Honest, reliable, professional, and knowledgeable. That's Mike and his team. Thank you !

Excellent service and installation!

Hightower Electric (Mike and crew) did a great job on our 22KW Generac Generator installation. They provided a clear detailed proposal, answered all our questions, arranged for all the necessary permits and inspections, and instructed us on how to operate it.

Hightower Electric is #1 in installation and knowledge

Can not say enough about Mike and his team...Steve and Anthony. From the first meeting with Mike, I was impressed. I knew what each step was, status of order, details of job and contractors involved. Reliable, honest, work ethics off the chart!!! Old fashioned respect for his customers and integrity. Cannot say enough good things about Hightower Electric! Thank you team!
