Excellent service, neat clean PROFESSIONAL! Just had my whole house generator installed on my home. From estimate to completion everything was smooth. No issues with inspector at all. The work was done meticulously. Josh arrived promptly on time & began work. I am extremely impressed and HIGHLY recommend them. They are a Generac elite dealer and Generac trained service. Customer service is prompt & courteous, Tabatha is very knowledgeable and efficient. Excellent communication & planning.

I called from way outside their area, because I couldn't find anyone closer. They talked me through resetting my generator after a shut down, then diagnosed the issue and offered to mail me parts for an oil and filter change, to prevent the problem from re-occurring. I'll definitely be ordering the parts from them. Great company, very helpful!!

I can\u2019t say enough good things about Highlands Generator. Everyone is so customer focused and willing to go the extra mile. The process of purchasing a generator was as simple as saying I want one. Once the estimate was completed and the sales agreement sign I didn\u2019t need to do anything else. They took care of the permits, scheduling the power outage and even worked with the LP supplier to have the tank set. When it comes to having someone do work for me I usually end up disappointed. This company completed the job just as they said they would and more. I\u2019m glad to see they are some companies around who still can exceed the customers expectations. If you are even considering a whole house generator don\u2019t call anyone but Highlands Generator! Now I can\u2019t wait for a power outage.
