very undependable .
On 5/22/15 I had a 9;00 a.m.appointment to have my generator serviced but no one showed up and no one called,I waited for 6hrs. and called the office and a girl said she would see what was wrong and call me back but she didn't so I called and cancelled the appointment.Because of this I wouldn't recommend this business.
