Everything I expected and more!
Tony and Howard were great to work with from the initial home assessment to the turnover. I am not the easiest person to work for, so for me to say they were GREAT says a lot about them. They answered all of my questions prior to purchase and fully explained what they recommended and why. They worked with me on schedules to fit the weather and my availability. I will definitely recommend them to anyone who asks and I look forward to continuing the relationship by having them service the unit as well.

A flawless process from start to finish !!
Herrell Electric was the installer I chose and the entire process was flawless from initial contact to the in-home assessment/site survey to the installation and testing. Howard was friendly and professional. He explained every feature and answered every question.

They don't care
Last year(2011) it took me two months for a yearly service of my generator. I called again (2012) and its been over that, I even told them I have a problem with it.
