Heritage Mechanical Services

Saved the day

Heritage to the rescue. Original installer installed our 3months ago. When utility power went out last week after heavy wind storm our brand new $17,000 generator failed to come on. Called installer several times, never got answer. Finally called Generac and they gave us the number of Heritage Mechanical Services in High Springs. My mother is on oxygen machine and desperately needed the power. With in 2 hours Heritage arrived and got generator running. We were told the unit was not installed per Generac manual and really needed to be re-installed. Did think twice about having them do the work. Wish we had Heritage install the generator in the beginning. Yes would recommend them to anyone. Thank You Generac for giving us the number of Heritage Mechanical Services Annie, Newberry Fl

Great Service

Thanks so much to Heritage. Our generator failed to come on durning Helen. Our power was out and we had no water for our horses. Called Heritage Mechanical and was told there was a service person in my area and they could stop by on 2hrs. One hour and 30 minutes got a call that they were 15min. Away John showed up and got generator up and running in 20mins. We are so thankful for their prompt service. Will be using them from now on. Thanks again Heritage. Debbie, Fort White Fl

"Old School Technician"

Heritage Mechanical is a dying breed. They are not part changers, they do identify the problem by actually taking the time to troubleshoot. They don't give up. Had to wait a little while, and a little pricey. But worth very penny, and sure glad I waited. My generator never ran so good. they even called after the storm to see if all was ok. 10 Stars!!!

Great professional service!

John installed a new generator for my elderly mom after a recent hurricane. He installed it in a timely manner and was in constant contact with us each step of the way and always available if we had questions. Service was above and beyond. We have confidence mom will be safe and secure now.

Prefessional & Knowledgeable!!

Had 2 other companies that tried to repair my older Generac generator, both stated I needed a new generator about $14,000.00. Heard radio ad about Heritage, I called them. 2hrs later the generator was running great. That was 6 months ago. No doubt Heritage knows generators. Highly recommend them to anyone.

Quality remains after price is forgotten.

John who exemplifies expertise ( think Tesla) did damage control on a prior co$tly gimcrack 22k install. Now the system purrs . Follow up routine maintenance service is old school superb . Heritage is a bright light in an all too dim post- America. Kudos to Heritage Mechanical .

They know generators

After another company from Newberry tried 3xs to fix my liquid cooled unit and failed. I called Heritage Mechanical and they had my generator up and run 1st trip. They know generators!

Would highly recommend Heritage Mechanical services.

John is very professional, prompt, and doesn't give up on fixing the problem. John was able to fix our generator when I'm positive others would have given up. Wouldn't call anyone else to have your generator fixed.

Great

Very good service. Wish I had them install generator in the the first place. As a bonus they also fixed my air conditioner while here. Great!

Installation Repairs

We bought a 20kw at a big box store and had their team install it. After 2 1/2 days they were finally done. Then we had a power outtage and the generator did not work. Fed up with the installer I found a local service company, Heritage Mechanical Services. With in 24 hrs they arrived, found the main transer box was not wired correctly, and the gas pressure was worng. After 2hrs he (think John?) tested the system and all wored great. I am sure whem we have our next power the generator will work just fine. Only wish we had then do the installation. Would give 6 stars if could. Very Happy JB
