Their response, helpfulness and concern is not what it use to be. The annual maintenance check up has sky-rocked. Not very helpful in establishing the WiFi link

Never Passed Permit

We purchased a full generator package thru Home Depot. Henrique Electric was the contractor to perform installation. The generator was for our primary residence on the intercoastal waters. The permit was NEVER signed off on because they refused to provide engineering specs for the stand that was used to elevate the generator as per current codes (due to being on the water). We spoke with the higher ups at Henriquez and Home Depot both. This issue was NEVER resolved. Henriquez was very rude and condescending during our discussions. They blamed Home Depot and Home Depot blamed them. Henriquez refused to accept accountability or responsibility for the situation. I would not use nor recommend this company for a generator or ANYTHING based on my experience with them.

High quality service and work!

The owner came out to give us an estimate, he was very realistic and gave us great advise and options on sizing of generator. We then had a few other estimates and decided it was a no brainier to go with Suncoast Power Solutions. During the entire process we were kept in the loop and informed. The technicians were very professional and did a great job on the installation. It was well worth the wait, and we now will be prepared for the next power outage. Great experience, we highly recommend this company.

Fast and efficient

Once the permitting was approved the install was completed in three days from start to finish. It's nice when people show up when they are supposed to.

Top Notch

Owner came out to give me a price. We agreed and the generator was installed in approximately 2 months. No hidden costs, they even laid mulch around the generator to cover up the disturbed area from the pipe trench which was a nice surprise.

Don't go anywhere else

Rarely do you find a family owned/operated business of this size that can still maintain the level of service like they do. Nothing fell through the cracks. The owner gave me the price and saw my installation through until the very end. I couldn't be happier with my Generac generator or the team that installed it.
