I had an appointment today with Hedgehog to repair my home generator. The appointment was scheduled for between noon - 3:00. I just got a call from a different service company (at 1:30 pm) saying that Hedgehog had referred me to them. I took the day off to be here for this appointment and Hedgehog pushed me off onto another company and didn't even have the decency to call and cancel with me. So angry !

Jadon did an exceptional job getting the generatoequipment operational. On timeknowledgeable, friendly and easily explained any issued. Thank you for the service.

From the office to the install the customer service was excellent. The installers were very knowledgeable and helped us with any concerns

HedgeHog Electric has been great to work with. We are doing an involved installation of solar and generator for the whole house. We are just completing the generator installation and our installers have found two incorrect installations in our three year old home (one of which could have caused a serious fire in our in our garage). They have been very detailed in how the work is performed and creative in determining how to install my new generator to be very inconspicuous.Everyone I have spoken with or came out to our home has been a pleasure to deal with.They may not be the cheapest electrician in town, but they are certainly among the most dependable, competent, and just plain nice people to work with. I highly recommend Hedgehog Electric and Solar!
