The choice of a generator and an installation firm are important. I recently had a 22KW Generac installed and was impressed by both the sales and the installation teams. After doing extensive research, I was impressed by the depth of knowledge and fairness in the discussion around the choice of the generator/maker. Their knowledge, expertise, and ultimately quality installation was solid. Their attention to detail including handling of neighboring equipment and piping was stellar. Hawke electric installed a new 100 amp breaker panel, whole house surge protection, a 100amp manuel transfer switch and xg8000 generac generator job was neat and clean. Generator was load tested when complete and worked seamless. nice to have backup power if needed. thank you Hawke for a wonderful job.

I can't say enough about Hawke Electrical Inc. and all their employees. We just had a 16KW generator system installed and the team that installed it were wonderful. Everyone acted in a very professional manner. I was very inquisitive about all they were doing and they took the time to explain it to me in a fashion I could understand. I live in an area that when the wind blows we loose power, for once I cant wait for a small outage!

They were extremely helpful in getting my system running even thought they did not install it.They went out of their way to get Generac to supply the parts to repair the generator even though it was out of warrenty and no real run time on it.I would recommend them to anyone.

After reviewing different installers , chose Hawke Electrical , Top notch service witha clean installation and great walk through of the functions and features of the standby generator, We got the 14kw model , and they made sure we didn't over power our application , as we started looking at the 17kw version initially.

We hired Hawke Electrical to service our new Generac generator and have been thrilled with their service. On top of that, they are a pleasure to deal with and quick to respond. We now intend to use them for ALL of our electrical needs. I don't normally write these reviews, but I like to see good people do well and these are good people. (We also like the Generac generator that we purchased from Home Depot.)

Contacted 3 installers. One never showed up for the appointment, the other two gave me a quote. I decided to go with Hawke, they were responsive, informative, and courteous. The transaction could not have been any better. I STRONGLY recommend them. Since I had the generator installed, it provided backup electricity 4 times already., it worked flawlessly.

I had called another company to look at why my generator was not starting. The unit was only 3 years old. The technician said the problem was major and the unit should be replaced at a cost of $3000. I called Hawke Electrical for a second opinion. The technician was very confident, well informed, identified the problem within 30 minutes repaired it and was on his way. The repair was covered under the warranty!! Hawke saved me $3000!!! They are the best!

I had a generator installed a few years ago by an electrical outfit who apparently did not specialize in generators. Needless to say the unit had failed to run. I called Hawke and they came right out. The unit was not properly installed originally. The company that installed it did not service it correctly and ultimately it was undersized and that lead to an engine failing. Hawke has since sized a unit for me, removed the old one, installed a larger new one CORRECTLY and has me on a service plan. They gave me great service, were very knowledgeable, and I feel that I can trust them.

During Sandy in the pouring rain a technician from Hawke came out and got our generator running!! He didn't complain, had a smile on his face, and got us going. The sump pump hole was filling fast and it never touched the top. Thank You so much for being there and answering the call. You guys are great!!!!

I noticed our generator had stopped running on its weekly basis. I contacted 5 dealers and only Hawke Electrical in Conshohocken Pa called back. A technician came out serviced the unit, Installed a new battery, and gave it a thorough going over. I wasn't told by the person who installed it 7 years ago that there was required services or that service plans were available. Well Hawke's technician took care of all of that! I recommend these guys to everyone.

We had our power go out during an ice and snow storm at the beginning of the winter. It didn't take long to realize our generator did not start. After calling several electricians with no response we called Hawke Electrical's emergency service number. It was 1:00am and they answered!!! A technician arrived within 30 minutes, diagnosed the problem, and our generator was on by 3:00am. Thank Goodness because our main power was out for two days! Thanks for a great experience. We would recommend Hawke Electrical to everyone.
