Updating a previous review I left

I was very pleased with the way the install went, and I left a good review, but since I have had the install done, I can't get Hartmanns to do any maintenance, or return any phone calls. I recently had an electrician go into my attic, and he came back down and asked who did the generator install. It seems that the wiring done for the generator is not up to code, and actually dangerous. The electrician attempted to contact Hartmanns about this, but can't get a response. Do not....I repeat.....do not let this company do any work for you. Has poor work ethics, and horrible customer service after the sale.
