I told Jay what I needed and he was able to get me just what I needed power wise. I needed something quite but with just enough power to keep my camper going. I got just that. Thanks Jay!!!

Shopping for a generator I contacted several contractors.Most only seemed to throw out a number with out knowing my situation.Jay took the time to look over what I had and recommended several options.Once I decided he took care of everythingGREAT EXPERIENCE. A++++

Contacted Hart Power Solution for a price on a generator.Talked with Jay and explained what I was looking for.Jay came by to see what I would need and not just throw a quote out.He handled everything including the LP tank installation and having it filled.Job was completed on time and at the quoted price.A great experience and I will recommend him to anyone.

Jay takes care of 2 homes I have with generators.He has been a lifesaver! He checks on the systems and sends me a report. This is a big help in something so simple. When I have a problem I know one call to Jay and I don't have to worry about it.

I had Hart Power Solutions install my entire package. They arranged for everything from the LP Gas tank install to complete setup, wiring and testing. After several years, Jay still stops by to look at the generator at no cost. He's helped me get the correct filter and oil for the unit. I had one issue with a part failure in the transfer switch at almost 2 a.m. and he answered the phone and came over right away and made a temporary repair so my wife wouldn't worry the rest of the night. He had the right parts there in two days and fixed it.

I have retired to the Outer Banks of N.C. so I Called Hart Power Solutions about installation of a 7kw generator that I purchased after huricane Irene. Once they found out I had purchased the generator from someone else they told me that they do not install generators not purchased from them and hung up.I don't feel that this is a professional or very smart way to conduct any business, why would anyone not want to at least provide an estimate for installation.I have several electrical contractors willing to do the work, and I will go out of my way to not use Hart Power Solutions for anything.I know that if I was Generac I would be looking for another dealer to represent my company on the Outer Banks.I hope the generator is better than the local Generac dealer!
