My "go to company" for service

We bought a 14K stand alone Generac generator for my elderly parents new home last May 2012. In October of 2012, a freak snow storm caused massive power outages in our area. We had an issue with the battery in the generator. It would not hold a charge. My father is on oxygen 24/7 and he relies on a plug in oxygenator for a continuous supply. Dad was running out of portable oxygen tanks and the supplier could not deliver more for at least a day or two. We called Hantsch Electric and after learning of our emergency, they sent a tech that afternoon. He quickly assessed the problem (crossed wiring at the factory) and fixed it promptly and also did an oil change. He counseled us on the proper maintenance schedule and checked the auto test function to make sure the battery would be charged weekly.We were so impressed with his knowledge and professionalism that day, we have referred Hantsch Electric to many of our friends and clients. We will always be grateful to them for coming to our rescue.
