Worst in Mobile
Well it’s 12/11/20 and then people still do not have my generator fixed. They stay they hope to have a part on 12/16. I had to give them a $450 deposit on 11/21. I’m not sure for what since they could not give me a part number. I called them today to find about the part. They have not followed up one time.

This dealer is the Worst
This dealer has wonder competent techs but the office people never follow up and they cannot order parts are get anything fixed. My generator has been broken since they came out on 9/21/20 and it’s now 11/4/20 and it’s still not fixed. I’ve talked to everyone from the operations manager to the owner and nothing but broken promises. I drove to their office to express my dissatisfaction but I’m not sure anything will change. I’m trying to find the part myself at this point.
