Generac & Hammond Co.

From our beginning appointment to final installation Chuck was both professional and honest, something lacking in business today. In addition, he was articulate and easy to understand when explaining the entire process. Upon completion he escorted us outside to walk us through how the unit would work and the importance of upkeep and monitoring of our Generac Generator. Because of his knowledge and care we opted for his company to provide us with continuous monitoring and service. This has taken a load off our minds and replaced it with an assurance that our unit will be well maintained and operational. Recently, when we experienced strong high winds in our area our generator provided our home without heat and electricity. We no longer fear severe weather events that in the past that would definitely lead to disruption of service to our home. I highly recommend Generac Generator & Hammond Electricity Co. electricity and heat. We can't say enough about our wonderful experience with Hammond Electricity and our Generac Generator. We highly recommend both the generator and Chuck @ Hammond Electricity.

Hammond Electric & Chuck

My Family purchased our generator two months ago and it has worked seamlessly. During past wind, rain, snow, hail, etc. storms we worried about the electricity & gas being compromised, not so now with our Generac. Recently, our area experienced a wind storm so strong that mature trees were uprooted and shingles blown off, to name a few. Our lights blinked and the generator kicked on. It was seamless and as a result we remained safe and warm; our lives continued inside our home without interruption. Prior to having the generator we would be affected in unison with our neighbors, losing both electricity and gas services. I can't say enough about the professionalism of Chuck and his crew. They were punctual, worked consistently and when work was completed the worksite was free of debris. When we had our in-home consultation Chuck arrived at our home, asked pertinent questions about our expectations and ensured that they would be met with the appropriate sized generator, ease of installation, location and its operation. We are quite pleased with our Generac and highly recommend it, and Chuck.

Generator a must have

Love our generator. Using Hammond Electric made things super easy

Amazing service and care!

We used Chuck and his team to install our generator here in West Chester. Chuck could not have been more friendly, kind and thorough in his work. He offered different options, gave us the best solution and walked us through the whole process. Even after the install, he has consistently checked in, answered all of our calls and even came out when we had an unforeseen issue. They were so good that they even installed our neighbor's system and another in our neighborhood. We could not recommend Hammond enough. They were amazing and we extremely thankful for them!

Great Work

Had a whole house generator installed, and everything went smoothly. They were professional, timely, and very helpful with my questions. Pricing was reasonable as well. I’m very happy with my generator and the service provided. I would recommend them to anyone looking.

I couldn’t be happier with the professional service provided by Chuck and his team. They delivered as promised and I am now prepared for the next time we loose power. Great feeling!
