Received the in home assessment. Agreed on the proposal and was told 4-6 weeks to schedule install. After 10 weeks we left several voicemails, emails, and a visit to their facility with zero response. So we gave up on Hambrock.

We saw an infomercial and started thinking about generators.....seriously. Our power goes out more times than it should. Something about the grid that we're on. The Generic has been a blessing! It's great looking, too! We had an issue with the remote once, called for service and the people from Hambrock Electric were here the same day! Very happy with the choice we made!

Hambrock Electric is the dealer to buy a whole house generator. They are very professional and knowledgeable from the initial sales call to all the way through the installation.

Once the harsh winter conditions abated, Hambrock was on site installing our generator. Their staff was courteous and helpful. They efficiently and quickly had things up and running in no time. I was impressed with Hambrock Electric right from the start. When Jeff arrived he was very friendly and professional in determining my needs. He was extremely knowledgeable with the Generac generator and what it could do.

Hambrock Electric exceeded our expectations over all. During the installation there was some minor confusion on our part which they cleared up when we asked questions.

We had an ice storm power outage a few years ago that was rather unpleasent. I know just enough electrically to be dangerous. I felt if you're going to fix the problem, a whole house generator is the only way to go, especially using natural gas.
