Hall's electric installed a whole house generator for us. Their office staff was friendly, knowledgeable and very helpful. Shawn and Cory installed the unit. They were on time and happy to explain the process of installing our generator. Shawn and Cory got the job done ahead of schedule. Shawn, then, explained and demonstratedthe workings of the generator. What a great experience. I highly recommend Hall's in Jackson for all your electrical needs.

What a relief to know we are in good hands

I was referred to Mike Hall by one of the PGE field workers ( a great referral!) and called to ask them to come see why my Generac was making a weird noise and running rough. The company that did the install and my prior annual service (a month earlier) refused to come back and see what the problem was. I called Mike Hall and they scheduled someone to come out the next week. It turned out that the Generac had a faulty part and they ordered the part and installed it under warranty. They did a fantastic job and Pam was always pleasant and patient in providing updates. I don't recommend many contractors these days but Mike Hall has earned my business and my trust. I know I'm in good hands. Highly Recommend you call them if you need electrical or Generac install or service.

Best Electrician In Western Sierras!

Absolutely outstanding service from the most competent electrician I've encountered. Mike and crew sold and installed a Generac generator. I had first contacted a Jackson competitor who took months to finally initiate the installation. This competitor, upon arrival, did a bate and switch on me causing substantial increases in price and a change in the previously agreed upon installation location of the generator (a change that was 100% unacceptable). I said no!

Mike Hall and his staff installed my Generac in the fall of 2021. Showed up on time with a good quote and an excellent installation. Mike and his installation crew were well organized and professional. I would highly recommend Hall's Electric.

I can't say enough good things about Mike Hall and the crew at Halls Electric. They return calls, show up when they say they will, answer questions, work quickly, complete the job when promised and they clean up after themselves before they leave. If Mike gives you a price, that's the price yo pay, there are no "additional unexpected charges." They have completed two large jobs for us in the last couple of months and both were completed quickly and professionally. Great service, great guys. Give them a call!
