Haley Mechanical

Two Thumbs Up

Haley Mechanical recently upgraded our electrical panel to 200-amp service and installed a Generac 22kw whole house generator. The team assigned to these projects -- from Sales Consultant Thomas Poole who patiently walked us through the process and sold us on Haley to Caleb and Darrell who delivered the unit to Lance and Jaylin who plumbed it and finally, to Dustin and Kevin who hooked it and the new panel up -- went about their tasks professionally and expertly, not to mention personably. Both city inspections (the gas line and electrical) have, as of just today, been completed and the result was, not surprisingly, two thumbs up. I also give two thumbs up to Haley and its multi-talented pros. They have my unreserved recommendation.

Responsive

Reached out to Haley Mechanical for a whole house generator quote. The individual who answered my call was professional and cordial and quickly had me scheduled for an on-site evaluation to occur within a few days. The estimator (Nate) called to confirm his expected onsite time and arrived as scheduled. Nate is professional and friendly and walked us through a series of questions to best understand our needs for a generator. He followed with a walkthrough of our existing gas and electric equipment and assessed the most appropriate location for placement of the generator. Upon completion of our site assessment, Nate stated the proposal would be complete by a specified date and as promised it arrived via email. The proposal/estimate is clear and detailed with all aspects of the project called out. We will move forward with Haley Mechanical for the generator project and anticipate the continued professional interaction.

Informative

Cole was on was on time for an estimate on a generator. He is very professional and very informative. The guy knows his stuff and is a good listener. We had to wait a few days for the estimate but it came at $3000 less than another local company.

I received a quote for a whole-house generator. Aaron was very professional, knowledgeable, and courteous through the whole process.

Professional

Technicians always professional and knowledgeable. Answered all my questions and concerns after installing my generator.

Fantastic

After the latest power outage in my area we decided it was time for a whole house generator. Haley Mechanical came highly recommended from many friends, some of whom were customers some of whom work in "the trades." From Cole's estimate visit to Terry's final installation and all the conversations with Linda in the office along the way, they were fantastic. I'd definitely recommend them.

Knowledgeable

Cole was on time and very helpful in preparing and educating me on the installation of a whole house generator. Provided many good pointers and was knowledgeable about the product.

Great Service

Purchased a whole house generator, which also had to be tied into my existing solar system. Great service all around from sales through installation! Cole, Linda, Dustin, and Kevin were professional and thorough, and communication was great throughout the process. I plan to sign up for a VIP service package and will definitely refer others to Haley in the future!

Highly recommend

Very professional, timely and friendly service for installation of a generator. We can highly recommend their services.

So Happy

We chose Haley Mechanical over another well known company to purchase and install our generator, and we are so happy with our choice. Everyone from the clerical staff to the technicians were extraordinarily professional. All questions were answered, it was easy to schedule, everything was as promised or exceeded our expectations. Dustin, Kurt and Josh are an asset the the company, they were courteous, professional and highly skilled. Highly recommend!
