From getting a price to installation was done in excellent time. Everybody from office staff to installers were great to deal with. Would highly recommend them.

THE DEALER AND THE TWO MEN WERE GREAT

ON THE DAY OF THE INSTALL, THE TWO MEN ARRIVED AHEAD OF SCHEDULE AND IMMEDIATELY BEGAN TO WORK. BOTH OF THE MEN WERE VERY FRIENDLY AND DID NOT MIND ANSWERING QUESTIONS. NEITHER OF THEM EVEN TOOK A BREAK FOR LUNCH, EVEN AFTER I OFFERED TO BUY THEIR LUNCH. I WAS EVEN ASKED MY PREFERENCE ABOUT MOUNTING THE CONDUIT FROM THE GENERATOR TO THE TRANSFER SWITCH. THEY DID A GREAT JOB AND WERE FINISHED EARLIER THAN THE ESTIMATED TIME OF COMPLETION. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND HALE'S ELECTRIC FOR THE PURCHASE, INSTALLATION AND SERVICING OF YOUR GENERATOR. THE STAFF IS ALSO A PLEASURE TO WORK WITH FROM THE START AND DURING PROCESS. MY YOUR RESIDENCE NEVER BE WITHOUT POWER AGAIN.

After wasting money using R.K. Newman with his telephone troubleshooting I called Hale. They do great work, knowledgeable and back up their work. They are my now are my service company for my generator.

Job well done

Arrived on time. Explained what they would be doing. Worked quietly. Reviewed all paperwork, page by page, Demonstrated what I needed to know on unit before they left. Made sure I had all the contact numbers. After they left I went to basement, figured I'd have some clean up to do but I could not tell they had even been there, inside or out. Generator does self test on schedule.
