Would not help me with a technical issue
I called this dealer about a technical issue. I was having connecting my generator to Wi-Fi. They told me they would not help me because I did not purchase my Generac generator from them. It should not matter where I purchased my generator. If they service Generac they should be willing to offer any support, even if it does not include warranty work. This is poor representation of Generac generator.
