GWP Power Solutions has proven to be a great service provider for both new installations and remedial diagnosis/correction of problems with an existing system. Gerry Pierce is a true expert in Generac systems. He capably handled all sales, installation and contracting services for my sisters new 17kv ATS system in Dec 2014, a project delivered on time, as promised and budgeted. In January 2015, when her system functioned perfectly in a power outage, my own 20kv ATS system -- installed before I had GWP as a service provider -- failed. Gerry diagnosed multiple problems with the installation and corrected them to properly lock out a large heating circuit that was over loading the system. I just wish I had engaged GWP from the beginning!
