Gerry was fantastic, trouble shot my system and found the battery charger and voltage regulator was bad. He had the correct parts in his truck and took care of it. GWP Power Solutions has proven to be a great service provider for both new installations and remedial diagnosis/correction of problems with an existing system. Gerry Pierce is a true expert in Generac systems. He capably handled all sales, installation and contracting services for my sisters new 17kv ATS system in Dec 2014, a project delivered on time, as promised and budgeted. In January 2015, when her system functioned perfectly in a power outage, my own 20kv ATS system -- installed before I had GWP as a service provider -- failed. Gerry diagnosed multiple problems with the installation and corrected them to properly lock out a large heating circuit that was over loading the system. I just wish I had engaged GWP from the beginning!

I obtained several estimates to install a Generac back up home generator before deciding on GWP Power Solutions tp perfrorm the work and they did not disappoint. The dealer was friendly, courteous, professional and responsive to all our questions. When the installation and hook up of the generator was performed his staff was timely, friendly and professional and left the premises clean after completing their work. in conclusion GWP Power Solutions provided us with excellent service at a great price. I also plan to use the dealer for maintaing my generator. I highly recommend using GWP Power Solutions for anyone considering buying and having a Generac generator installed..

Gerald Pierce is very knowledgeable about Generac generators and has many years of experience in maintaining these units.Our installation was picture-perfect and was coordinated very well with the gas supplier and the electrician. The entire installation was completed in just one day including final inspection and start-up.I would not hesitate to recommend GWP Power Solutions to anyone.
