Guin Service LLC

Prompt friendly service. Professional installation.

I purchased a Generac whole house generator through "Bid on Birmingham" from Guin Service, LLC. Ricky, one of their salesman, came out within two days of my calling for a site evaluation. The salesman made sure my electrical panel and gas meter was up to code and told me what to expect when the technicians came to install the generator. He scheduled installation within a few days. From first contact to installation was maybe a week total. I was very pleased with the installation and would highly recommend them for any of the services they provide.

Great product from a great dealer..

I am very pleased with my Generac. I will continue using my dealer as the need arises.

Gas hook-up

Spoke with them on the phone at 8am by 9am they where on site connecting the gas. They did a great job.

Outstanding ! !

As a contractor I had the ability to install the Generac 17KW for my whole house, but chose to hire Guin Service for the complete job. They arrived when the appointment was set, made the quote available the next day and offered complete after installation maintenance. Barry and Scott delivered the Generac the next week and installed the generator in half the time I would have spent. Everyone I dealt with at Guin was professional in every way, making me feel like I was their only customer. I certainly recommend this company for all Generac needs as I will certainly call on them again. Straight forward, no hidden fees, very professional in all aspects. Larry- Trussville,Al
