Guerin Generator Services

Surper Service

Guerin Generator is a great company to do business with. They automatically contact you every year for your annual service and once you approve they inform you on the date scheduled. On the day of the service they'll give you the time and name of the technician. The technicians are always polite, knowledgeable, and leave the area spotless. Guerin Generator Services is just a great company to do business with. My two sister inlaw's are having generators installed by Guerin.

Generac service and staff

When it came to time for my annual service recently the Staff (Chrissy & Tina) were extremely responsive in making arrangements to schedule, It explained the details, They answered every call, fully knowledgeable and very helpful.. They made the payment process transparent and simple. The service was on time and comprehensive, complete with a thorough report. Very pleased with Generac- the generator itself, the service and staff. Highly recommend.

Glad we did it!

Scott came to our house to give us a quote. He answered all the questions we had without hesitation. Very professional! Kevin and Dakota came to do the install, they were very efficient, neat, clean and respectful of our house and property. We are enjoying the peace of mind that comes with the generator!

This was my first time using Guerin for servicing my Generac generator. The service technician, Davis, arrived on time. He was very thorough in his work and I felt he was competent and a pleasant representative of Guerin. He was patient in answering all my questions and explaining the work being done. I'm certain I will be making use of Guerin in the future.

Outstanding Service

Technician was very knowledgeable and explained everything he was seeing and how the generator protects itself. He provided great recommendations for how to prepare for potential weather conditions that could affect the generator. One of the most professional technicians I’ve encountered. Guerin does a fantastic job with training their team.

Our 22 year old Generac generator stopped working and we contacted Guerin for a new unit. Two weeks later a 3 person crew arrived on time at 8am and 4 hours later our new genertor was installed. The process from start to finish was seamless. Thank You for a great job!!

very good service nicely done.clean and neat.on time

Generac the “BEST” choice

Technician Brenden M. Was on time, very knowledgeable, courteous and finished the annual “tune up” quickly. You should be very proud to have Brenden as an employee. He “all-about” maintaining the Generac generator and adding to the longevity of this equipment. Generac remains the “best”, as far as we are concerned. With staff like Brenden, we remain totally happy with our decision to purchase our whole house generator from GENERAC!! Richard Holley 6 going on 7 years.

Great service and very professional tech. I will use them for future service.
