Exceptional Service A+

When our generac failed in 2 hours into Milton, I was absolutely furious. I called (another big name local company) only to be given the run around with scheuling and they even wanted me to pay a $349 fee just to be placed on a call-back list. Thankfully I found Angel with Guardian Generators. He not only answered the phone when I called the first time, he even came out on the day I called him to come out and do a temporary repair until the warranty parts arrived in his warehouse. Guardian is absolutely top-notch when it comes to service, installation and specifically repairs. If you are in the Tampa Bay Area and need a real company that stands behind their work, forget the big super store repair shops and call the guys who actually care about your equipment, call Guardian!

excellent customer service and responsiveness with a very personal care provided. Our technician kept us informed of the issues with our generator with continuous updates on parts tracking. He was able to get the generator up and running again in a timely fashion after a major hurricane impacted everyone locally. He was informative through the whole process. highly recommended.

Quick response time

Reached out the day after a hurricane to get a part that we needed to run our home stand by generator and Angel answered first ring and had part available. Great service ! Super thankful !
