Something's changed with this company. After years of good service, we've had to switch to a different company. Since first contacting them to come out and service/repair our generator, almost 3 months later we were no closer to a solution than when we started. Delays, broken appointments, strange requests (they wanted yo remove the 22kw whole house generator and bring it to their shop to fix it) we finally called a new co. They had it fixed and running in 5 days.

Michael Cardosa was a terrific help getting our generator installed in our new home. He met with us on short notice the day we closed and kept us appraised of the process and town approvals (which take some time). I highly recommend Greenwich Power Systems.

When looking for a whole home generator I put my information in the Generac site to be contacted by their dealers. One of the dealers made and canceled 3 appointments with me last minute. GPS was very professional. Their estimate was spot on both in dollars and time. Highly recommend Greenwich Power Systems.

We bought our generator a year ago from Greenwich Power Systems - they were extremely easy to work with, didn't upsell us on our needs, gave us the best price for the generator plus plumbing/electric (we compared 2 other quotes) and delivered and installed within the timeline they gave us at the beginning. Louis is a pleasure to work with, extremely responsive and thorough. They have also been proactive on setting up our maintenance service and we feel comfortable that if we were to have a problem with the generator, they'll help us fix it quickly. We've been so happy with them we will actually use them for other construction projects we are working on.
