can't get a response---it has been 4 weeks
I called for generac repair, it took about 2 weeks for the tec. to come, found that the "brain box" was bad, replaced it and then the generator surged up and down, the tec. pulled the new box replaced it with the old one and said "I will contact Generac and check with them about the surging (revving up and down) and get back with you in a few days -- that was 4 weeks ago, and I have called his phone repeatedly - never answers - I leave a message and still no response. even asked him to either tell me he was or wasn't going to do anything so I could contact someone else. ------ I feel that because I did not buy my unit from Dickson Gas Dep. that me business was not important to them.
