Excellent repair service

After running many hours during a power outage our generator automatically shut down indicating an error code 1200. We contacted Grasten Power Technologies and they promptly scheduled a technician to check the generator. Technician Dylan arrived as scheduled and readily identified the malfunctioning part that caused the error. He had the necessary replacement part with him and quickly installed it. He restarted the generator to verify the new part was working correctly. He also made sure the generator would start-up automatically when utility power was turned off and that the generator power would transfer to the house when needed. We appreciate the excellent repair service.

Technician Jason called when on the way. He explained the service items to be performed and promptly and efficiently completed them. He also made sure the generator was ready to start when main power was turned off and that the generator power would transfer to the house. Excellent!

Maintenance Contract

I didn't purchase a generator from Grasten but looking for service. Jason was polite, patient, and professional and knowledgeable. He answered all my questions and concerns. I did agree to a service contract. I highly recommend Grasten Technologies if consider a purchase or service.Tracy C
