Great choice for my personal home back up power.

I was in the process of building my family a home that we planned on being in for at least 20+ years. I am a builder and from experience I\u2019ve learned that you not only need to read reviews but invite the contractor/dealer to your job site. In order to meet them & see how they choose to come up with a plan that is designed just for you. The guys at Got Power came out and assessed my situation, got with my power provider, determined what exactly would be best for me and my project needs. I couldn\u2019t be happier with the outcome. From start to finish the customer service is Next Level. Plenty of guys willing to sell you a generator. But customer service and making sure you understand your needs and your equipment will work as you expect is what you really need to understand and focus on. I recommend Got Power to friends, family as well as other custom home builders.

Tommy and his crew are awesome. They were on time for the instal and did an incredible job. Power was out for a very short time. The best customer service I have experienced in a long time. During the pre sale evaluation there was no pressure.

We could not be anymore satisfied with the entire process of having our back-up generator installed. Tommy was very informative throughout the installation and did exactly what he said him and his team were going to do. We are typically very leery of who we allow in our home and could not have felt more comfortable having them here throughout the installation process. I highly recommend Got Power if you\u2019re looking like we were for a trustworthy Generac dealer and installer.

Awesome

Awesome is how I would classify this dealer. Tommy Allen and his crew were truly superb from start to finish. I\u2019m building a new house and many of the sub contractors did not show as scheduled or when they did and the work was completed it was sub par for my standards. Their go to phrase/comment was \u201cwe can fix it\u201d.That wasn\u2019t the case with Tommy. On time all the time and made sure the installation was done correctly the first time.

Got Power is Amazing

We were so lucky to have come in contact with Tommy, the Project Manager. He came out in 2 days to give us a quote. He is super friendly and highly motivated. He was very thorough checking our gas & electrical lines as well as the AC units for the power they need to operate. We knew we wanted to use Got Power from the impressive presentation Tommy gave us. In 3 weeks we had our Generac installed, all in one day. Tommy & his team arrived right on time and began their job. They were all professional, friendly, neat and efficient! They answered all our questions and showed us how to use it. We look forward to highly recommending Got Power to all our friends & anyone who is interested in installing a Generac! We are so happy to have made the perfect choice!
