Great at install.Few issues as it was a newer model they hadNever installed.Promised a free one year service. When calledTo schedule they asked if I had it in writing.Would not come out to service as it was too farOf a drive. Funny it wasn\u2019t too far when they installed it!

Recent Generac 16k whole house installation

The fellas from Gore electric were prompt and professional. Their expertise showed during the smooth installation of the whole house generator. They were very friendly and I plan on using Gore electric for all of my electrical needs.

I'm not sure what the fellow from Ticonderoga's problem is but the people from Gore were great to work with. They accommodated my schedule, called before they came, and explained what the cause of my problem was. Highly recommend Gore Electric.

Promised the WORLD and delivered NOTHING!

I contacted the dealer on a Thursday Night. They returned my call and took my details down . I was told that they would be to me on Sunday or Monday which I thought was great. WELL Monday afternoon arrives and I get a call telling me they wouldn't be coming to my house apparently 19 Miles is too far. Would have been nice if they said that on Thursday instead of wasting my time. DON'T call they they will promise you great service and deliver NOTHING!

I have no reason not to give excellent rating to Gore Electric. The generator is working fine so, so far so good !!!
