Stutters Beth
My first call to this company means if I'm going to use you. I literally only had a few questions as I am new to generators for homes. The lady kept saying we only do "really big ones" I'm literally on the other end of the line with a look of what on my face like she wouldn't explain what a big one is then I told her sqft of my home being 3000sqft. She's starts stuttering about no time, not enough people, then sighs and goes well where do you even live to see if I can make it work. Well Beth I don't think you should be in customer service. You couldn't even answer 1 simple question I had. Dont use this company. Clearly they don't know anything.
