Solved my problem

I called these guys out to fix issues with my generator installation. The original contractor would not help me and I was having trouble finding someone that would. Generac referred me to them and they happily remedied the situation. I have since referred them to my friends.

Lifesavers

I had a client in escrow and we needed to get the generator fixed ASAP to get it closed. Nobody wanted to come out and fix it. Called them and I had a guy next day and they fixed it. Under warranty so no charge but I tried to tip them. Saved my butt.

Honest and knowledable

We had them come out through Generac and they called and showed up the same day!Answered all of our questions and provided a very through bid for a new generator. We liked the non aggressive sales approach. We have referred them to our friends.

Terrible service & no follow up

they sent an inexperienced kid to service the generator. His ability was limited to changing oil and checking spark plugs. It still doesn't work and the service manager (TJ?) will not call me back.
