Use this Dealer

We used Ducote to install our home generator and it has worked perfectly since. We use them to maintain our generator and love the guys that come out. They are friendly and take time to talk to me. I highly recommend Ducote.

Professional

These guys know how to do it right. They answered all of my question with a smile. Will use them again!

Do not use this dealer

had my generator installed by Ducote 2 years ago, Unfortunately, I had not needed it, so was not aware of the shoddy, unprofessional job they had done. Due to a letter from Generac, I contacted Genset to inspect my generator. At that time, I found Ducote failed to put it on a slab - it sits directly on the ground in a low spot, where water gather and rises up along the generator Instead of 18" clearance from the back, I have 8". Instead of 36" from the sides, I have less than 6", plus it sides within 6" of my gas meter. It only works when I have electricitiy. When the electricity goes out, so does my generator. Once the electricity comes back on, the repair person comes out and restarts it. Works fine until I have another power outage. I do not know if this generator is defective, of if Ducote did not install it correctly. All I know is that I paid a great deal of money for this generator, and it has never worked. I pay Ducote for a twice a year inspection of the generator. They only come out once and then only when it's time to get the renewal fee. When I have needed their services, it sometimes takes weeks and a number of calls to get them to respond. Hindsight being what it is, I truly wish I had gotten my generator from ANYONE but Ducote, since all I did was line their pockets with a substantial amount of money. I still have no working generator.
