Excellent service - trusty dealer
Gibson installed my 22kW NG generator two years ago and has conducted the service on the unit as needed. Very responsive and straightforward. Could not ask for better service and professionalism.

Great Experience
I contacted Gibson's Electrical when I saw one of their many trucks with a Generac decal on the side. They got back to me to set an appointment to discuss my options. Very professional and knowledgeable. Quick quote and estimate. Only issue was how long Generac was going to take to ship my generator.....

Poor Communication
Gibson's did not respond to multiple calls to purchase a Generic generator after being referred by the website. I placed at least 6 calls and did not receive one reply.
