You need to be patient due to COVID and supply chain issues. However, once Gibson Electrical received notification that our Generac 22kw Protector QS was shipping, everything quickly kicked into high gear. Steve, Jason, and the rest of the field team did a great job submitting the needed paperwork, delivering, installing, and testing our generator. In the office, Jennifer was always just a phone call away. The staff are knowledgeable and go above and beyond to get everything right.

Can\u2019t say enough good things about my experience with Gibson electric. Top notch organization from top to bottom - greater owner (Harry), knowledgeable/dedicated/endlessly responsive installer (Jason) and patient/caring office staff. Rarely do you hit on all 3 fronts but I did with Gibson electric. Oh, and their estimate was the most competitive one I received, so make that 4 fronts! Thank you, Gibson crew. What comes around, goes around so you deserve this glowing review.

$250.00 in home estimate

I just called 3 dealers for an in home estimate. the Third was Gibson. The person on the phone said its a $250.00 charge for an estimate that will be applied to the cost of the project. Well I would get three estimates before spending $9-$13K. This would means if I chose a competing bid then i'm still on the hook for $250.00 for a 2 hour consultation. They have 5 stars so i called but I felt I had to share this. my rating in not base on actual work preformed.

Harry Gibson and his team did a great job and were wonderful to work with. From the initial meeting to discuss sizing and options, to procuring the township permits, to an easy 8 hour installation to going live and learning how to run the generator they were pleasant, friendly, responsive, informative and a pleasure to work with. With every one of our interactions with each member of the team we felt not just their professionalism but also their commitment to doing a quality, 1st class job, and in a friendly environment. We were so pleased with their efforts we purchased their annual maintenance contract for the generator.

Excellent sales cycle and installation

I chose Gibson Electrical & General Contractors as our dealer, installer and service contractor due to their excellent local reputation and track record. I have not been disappointed. After my initial call, Gibson quickly scheduled a sales appointment at my home and immediately met my budget and timeframe needs. Installation occurred on-schedule and as-planned with a team of trained and competent installers who performed a clean, professional installation with no problems or unexpected situations. During the installation, we found a problem with our house's service entrance shutoff and this was repaired immediately with no impact to the ongoing installation. Needless to say, when the time came to initially fire the generator and test the installation, there were no problems and our house is now fully protected against utility outages. I can't recommend Gibson highly enough for the great job!
